Enthusiasts have a tough decision ahead of them when it comes to selecting from the two engine options for the GMC SUV. The standard option is the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine which yields 228 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. Then there’s the option to attain some exhilaration through the 3.6-liter V6 engine, which renders 310 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque. Moreover, every GMC Acadia trim features a nine-speed automatic transmission. 

Gas Mileage & Towing

More options await the GMC Acadia enthusiast with either the standard front-wheel-drive system or the available all-wheel-drive system. Additionally, the Denali and SLT trim feature an adaptive suspension system. Regarding towing, the Acadia holds a gargantuan towing capacity of 4,000 lbs.
