Bought the car here over five years ago and stuck with their service department since. I'm doing my scheduled maintenance here and am satisfied.

Seemed motivated to attend to my problems and made my visit as painless as possible.

I had to ask why my car was still not finished with free inspection and oil change after an hour waiting only THEN to find out it wouldn't pass because of cloudy headlights. No explanation of why I wasn't told sooner. Barely an apology. This seems to be a pattern for Southern. This lack of communication has happened to me before. Customer service is lacking.

The service to install a bed cover was completed quickly and efficient. Kim was great to work with and provided great service.

I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. The appointment was made online.

At first they said the recall fix would take over an hour. When I inquired, after 15 minutes (car repair had not started) they said they would let the technician know I had another appointment elsewhere in an hour. They were able to complete it within 45 minutes. I was early to my next appointment!

It was good. Everything was completed in a timely way. Very Good service. Was informed of what was needed for my car and the option to have it completed.

I've been coming to this dealer for about 30 years. I have never had a problem. Kia's are great cars!

Althought the dept is going under a major renovation, they provided the best service possible. I was happy.

They took and made tire and "lock" replacement in less than 4 hours. The Kia waiting area was very comfortable with deep cushioned chairs.

Quick service, the check in area was a little shabby looking. It was a seamless check in though, hour wait for oil change and tire rotation.

Usually my car service day is good. But this last time even though I had an appt and dropped my car off early my car was not ready when I turned to pick it up. Service tech even asked me a time I need it back. Was not happy with things this time because I was late for work because my car was not done on time (with an appointment). [Appt time 1140, drop off time 8 am, return to pick up car at 2pm. Car was not done until 315 pm.]

I had an appointment for my 2022 Telluride SX. Once again, I had a great experience dropping off and picking up my Ride. Dekwan was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about my Ride and her needs. He told me that he would call me with the Technician’s recommendations, if any were needed. He did call me with an update and helped me set up an appointment for the necessary follow up work. Although I didn’t catch the names of the 2 Service Reps when I picked up my car, they were wonderful as well.

Dealership is clean and has good customer amenities . Staff are friendly.. no other comments at this time.

I used to be very happy with this dealership, until I bought the 2017 Canyon from them. I admit they have been pretty good about fixing most of the problems with it, but I don't think they have done anything to fix the problem only I seem to notice with the transmission. The last time they could find a problem the extended warranty said they had to change the transmission fluid (which had been done before) and update the software (which I feel GMC should have covered) and I had to pay for myself. Everything went well, I waited for 1.5 hours for an inspection and oil change, but upon checking the oil level on the dipstick it need a quarter of oil which I added.... So far so good, not bad ,all at no cost to me.

Great service for my telluride. It was ready and waiting for me when I requested it to be.

Reggie was helpful throughout my process over the phone and also while I came in person. Worked a deal with me through his boss to my comfort levels. Jake in finance was also very helpful in explaining everything along the way as it pertained to extended coverage on my vehicle plus my term details.

Our salesman (Reggie) was/is fantastic. The finance people were all professional and kind. The service mechanics are pleasant and skilled. Our only issue is our service writer, Antwan, is always so unprofessional and arrogant every time we have to bring our new vehicle in. He needs to attend a customer relations seminar or class to learn how to talk to customers.

Srrvice is great! Kim is extremely profesional and friendly! As are the other staff members. Everything is clearly explained to me so I understand. I have observed other customer interactions and it is profesional no matter what the problem is. I enjoy coming there!

Everyone and almost everything was good. When they plugged my tire, the employee forgot to fill it up with air. So I went to a gas station to fill it up.

I brought my vehicle in for service. Antwan was awesome, very friendly and professional. He answered all of my concerns and discovered that I had a recall on my vehicle. He took care of that and my vehicle was complete before his estimated time. It was the best experience I ever had at a dealership.

This is the 2nd time in 9 years they lost a 20k sale over 1k. I knew better but you know we dont listen to better half. Went to spend 22k on a tesla. They show me the break down , wanted to charge me $699 for a lojack like the car isn't full of tracking. $499 for ceramic coating on paint and seats that last 2 years , $399 for codes hidden all over the car in case my parts are sold.
