My service advisor was Antwan Pair and he couldn't have been better! He helped me through the entire process of having a new engine installed in my daughter's car. We were supposed to have a remanufactured engine installed. When the engine arrived he called me and told me that the warranty company had sent a junkyard engine and he would not install that engine until I saw it. He and I went back and forth with the warranty company until he got the engine we were supposed to get. The technician working on the car was Ceaser and he was just like Antwan more than helpful! My daughter's car was there for about 2 months by the time it was totally complete and that has nothing to say except that these two gentlemen really stepped up and did more than I expected and questioned every little thing during the total process. If I could give them 10 stars for how I was treated I would. I will totally recommend Southern GMC to anyone who needs their car worked on and tell them to ask for Antwan. Please thank Antwan and Ceaser for me! In this day it is far and few in between to get the service that I received from these two individuals and they make one heck of a team! Rebecca in the service department was exceptional. I explained my issue and asked for some guidance. She listen and checked my vin for recalls then set me up for service. My Kia now runs extremely well as my issues were resolved. You are lucky to have a service tech that is a problem solver and relationship oriented.

Southern was very slow in diagnosing my issue. However, when I got frustrated Kim went the extra mile for me and talked to the service manager. It was smooth sailing then and my car was ready for pickup the day.
