Okay I took my 10 year old Kia Soul in because the entire steering column had been ripped out over night. It took over a week to get the parts and get them put into place but everyone was helpful and patient. A week later they put in an alarm system in a couple of hours free of charge. Dekawn was patient and helpful with all my concerns. He also gave a list of maintenance concerns and explained everything in detail.
