The all-electric GMC pickup transits on a narrow-body version of the automaker’s BT1 platform and supports the Chevy Silverado EV. In contrast, the wide-body variant of the BT1 platform is used for the GMC Hummer EV Pickup and SUV, highlighting the Sierra EV’s distinct design and engineering approach.
