Dealers are now open for orders on the 2024 GMC Sierra EV Denali Edition 1, initially slated for early 2024 release but now revving up for a summer launch due to software optimization delays. Despite the setback, anticipation remains high, fueled by the overwhelming demand seen since the Sierra EV’s debut in 2022, with 20,000 eager customers lining up to join the waitlist in just 15 minutes.

Equipped with GM Ultium batteries and Ultium Drive Motors, the 2024 GMC Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 boasts a whopping 754 horsepower and 785 pound-feet of torque in Max Power mode, propelling it from 0 to 60 mph in a hair-raising 4.5 seconds. It has an estimated range of 400 miles per charge. Built on the GM BT1 platform, production may kick off at the GM Factory Zero plant, promising an electrifying future for pickup enthusiasts everywhere.
